    What time do I pick up/drop off the motorhome?
    Our pick up times are from 14:00 and our drop off times are by 11:00. We can sometimes offer earlier pick up times and late drop off times at an additional cost, if you are interested in this then please let us know as soon as possible.

    What do I need to bring with me?
    When you come to pick up the vehicle you will need to bring your driving licence and driving license code, passport and 2 utility bills that are no more than 30 days old. The driving license code can be obtained from:

    How do I book a motorhome?
    The best way to book a motorhome is to send us an email or use our booking form to let us know which dates you are interested in and what requirements you have. Once we have confirmed that your dates are available then we require you to pay a £200 deposit which will then secure your booking.

    Do I need to leave a deposit when I go?
    Yes, w hold a damage deposit of £1000 to cover any damage bought to the motorhomes or its contents whilst on hire. This also acts as an excess should you be involved in an accident. The deposit is payable via credit or debit card at the start of the holiday and is fully refundable.

    Can I bring my pets with us?
    Yes we do allow pets, but please make sure you let us know in advance as we normally allocate certain vehicles for parties with pets.

    How long should I allow to collect the motorhome?
    When you come to pick up the motorhome someone will be there to show you around and get you used to how it works. This can take anything between half an hour and a hour so please allow for this time in regards to your travel arrangements.

    How long will returning the motorhome take?
    We ask for you to allow up to an hour so that you are present while we complete a detailed inspection of the vehicle and its contents. Whilst it shouldn't normally take this long, it will ensure there are no discrepancies at a future date.

    What does the rental price include?
    Your quoted price includes parking for one car during your hire, a full tour of the vehicle, fully comp insurance, unlimited mileage, roadside assistance, gas for heating/cooking and built in Sat Nav where applicable.

    How old do I need to be?
    We can insure drivers from the age of 25-70 with 3 full years of driving experience.

    Do I need a special license to drive the motorhome?
    As a general rule no, the majority of our motorhomes can be driven on a standard license. The only exception to this is our 6 berth Roller Team 746.

    Can I take the motorhome to Europe?
    Yes! Although we do require an extra £10 per day with a max of £50 per week for our insurance.

    What happens if I need to cancel a booking?
    Any cancellations that occur 6+ weeks before the collection date will incur the loss of the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellations within 6 weeks of the collection date may have higher penalties. This is to compensate us for our time during the booking process and for the loss of the booking, which we may not be able to find a replacement for on short notice.
